This book has it all! My daughter currently has been admitted to a PharmD. program, and we wanted to have a contemporary reference like this book to explain what we only have glimpsed from many other sources. I particularly liked Chapter 7, on Pharmaceutical Care, and Table 7.2 which contrasts Pharmaceutical Care and Clinical Pharmacy. I agree with the Preface when it says that everyone involved in pharmacy, professional, student, patient, doctor, should read this book and have it available as a reference.

I learned so much from this book. It is very easy to read and organized very well. This should be required reading for every "Pharmacy 101" course in ALL medical professions!!!
